This printer was easy to set up and very easy to use..I needed a fax, scanner and printer..Quality copies for a very reasonable price.

Pro: I Like HP Hardware. Prints Fast if you don't use there software. Hold 200 sheets of paper. HP Support is good. Cons: Paper Jammed right out of the box took 3 days to fix, I almost returned it. HP Smart Print is very, very slow. Cost is Expensive.

I bought this printer in a hurry b/c my old HP, which had lasted over 10 years, suddenly bit the dust. I should've done more research. 9 out of 10 times when I need to print something, the printer goes through "Printer Maintenance" first. Forget printing something if you are in a hurry. My other complaint is the ink cartridges are small, so I find myself needing to buy ink far too often. Final complaint - and this one may be user error on my part - is that if I print a 15 page document, the pages come out backwards, meaning page 15 is on top and page 1 is at the bottom of the pile. I like HP printers, I'm just not a huge fan of this model.

Online instructions for WIFI didn't work, Spent 2 hours trying and finally connected usb cable.

Bought this printer a few weeks ago. Very user friendly for a great price. Highly recommended for something that’s economical and easy to use.

All in all this is a good printer; however, I discovered after buying it that it was unable to print single business size checks. After many hours on the phone with HP support I could not get it to print single checks. So, I returned it to Best Buy for full credit.

Like the style of the printer. Definitely better than my last printer that made a lot of noise when printing (gear noise),

Was having issues with my old printer not being able to print wirelessly from computer. Had done all I knew to do to update it. So, broke down and purchased this one. It was easy to install, easy to connect to computer wirelessly, and prints a nice document. Love that it prints on both sides of paper. It does not feel as sturdy as previous hp printers, but does a nice job of printing.

Used this printer for tax season. It had a few things different from our previous HP Office Jet Pro 8610 but largely the same operation. Menus seem more complicated, maybe it does more? Smaller and lighter built. Does everything we need and more. Not a fan of HP's aggressive marketing of subscription ink supplies.
