Easy to set up right out of the box. Great purchase for quickly starting to do business.

The only complaint I have (so far as it was just installed) is that there were no instructions included with the product. The Geek Squad installer had to tell me how to get all this information through HP! I would think that HP would at least include the basics as to how to install the paper, the ink, etc.

This is by far the best home office printer. I've seen. When fully setup, it creates an EMAIL address for it. MEANING, you email docs to it and it prints it from ANYWHERE (literally). Also you can store email addresses in the printer directly and have scans go directly to the email. I knew it was good, but not that good. Have other features, but these are the ones that stood out. So if you need a home office printer....GET THIS ON NOW.

I am not a fan of this printer yet. The paper drawer is very cheap and feels like it is going to fall apart and doesn't have the markings in the tray to remind you what side it will print on like our old HP which was very handy. The slide out for when paper is going to print doesn't automatically come out so all the papers fall on the floor and go all over. The old HP had this feature which was nice because when you add paper you have to put it in so then it would automatically come out the next time something was printed.

I am very happy with my new printer. It does great quality printing. Fast and clean.

Once the printer was set up it has worked great. Had some problems loading the program for the printer on-line. Don't know if it was my fault but every time I started to select an item on the website it seemed to try to upload the set up info but never quite got there. Finally had to delete what was loaded and start over. The instant supply that came with the printer is really great, Already have a complete new set of cartridges on hand.
