Absolutely the worst printer I have ever purchased

This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever purchased! I am pretty tech savvy but I have had nothing but trouble trying to print a document. The printer jams after printing one page of a document. It also indicates that the paper tray is open when its not. I have had the printer for a few months and have had nothing but trouble. the printer does not work. I've tried contacting HP to fix, which this has been a total nightmare. The support is non-existent. As a result, I will never buy a HP product again.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has caused you such inconvenience. It’s easy to understand why paper jams, the open-tray error and other issues you describe would be quite exasperating. With that in mind, I’ll offer some resources that I hope will help your situation.
I can’t tell from your review what’s causing these persistent problems or whether they’re related, and I’m not sure what means you’ve used to contact us before, so I hope you’ll contact us again, directly at +1 800-474-6836, so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I was devastated when it quit working. This one is OK but just is not the same. Two things about this one, the display window is smaller and the touch screen is smaller and hard to use. The other thing, the paper tray is really hard to get out to make it easier to load more paper. I still like HP printers.
