    Like this printer. Was easy to connect. Like that it is wireless connection. Only trouble I had was with getting my phone to connect to it. It was a older middle of the grade phone. I change printer because my older printer was hard to get ink for. Had to order on line and wait until it came if I ran out .

    Hard to set up and the HP smart print is anything but smart. I was able to figure out how to print outside of the HP smart print. My friend has not figured it out yet and is ready to throw it out the window.

    Use a lot of ink even with a larger cartridge paper gets jammed early it has a hide mode incognito mode that was on doesn't make any sense why would he hide from your computer I don't make any sense had to turn that function off communicate with the HP for the ink and all that stuff yeah troubleshooting

    Purchased this printer as out previous HP printer head failed. I signed up for the instant Ink program but it is too early to see if it is worth the cost. This printer is for home, and we don't print very much. It took a bit of work to configure, I think mainly because I did not uninstall my older drivers.

    So far this has been a fine printer. The paper tray is not of the best quality, but it works. Was a test to get started and needed the Geek Squads help, but they did a great job for us. The printing is of good quality and is fast enough. We are happy with this printer so far.
