    Great when working but when stores for a 2 months now it has line when printing. HP says its not covers. So were out of the cash spent on this printer. DO NOT BUY.

    First off, Best Buy was very quick with the shipment. The printer itself is very loud and prints very slow. I have had a lot of problems with how slow it prints and had to cancel print jobs due to it. The printer does have good quality print.

    My old printer was 15 yrs old so going to a new printer with more features was a bit exciting and overwhelming. The instructions on the printer were easy to understand and follow. On line instructions and downloading were great. Took no time at all and I was up and running. Printer is terrific with features.
