    I had a little trouble getting it hooked up. I did print out a manual so I could follow along easier. Once hooked up it works just like it is suppose to. I've already had an update that I had to down load to the printer. So I'm learning.

    I needed a printer that had brighter printing capabilities but that said I probably would need to spend more money. I need my printer for business and it does not have the quality printing for business printing. I do like that it offerred 8 months of Instant ink. I am an HP fan.

    So far this has been a great printer. I had a HP 6510 for 6 years but that decided to take an unexpected dump. The only problem I had was in the set up... I gave up and let Dell tech service handle the installation. I tried to claim free ink but again big pain but HP techs took care of that issue.

    Last one stopped printing in black and HP not responding. Geek squad said take it to Lebanon and we did and they agreed a lemon so gave us a new one which Geek squad online connected to our network so everything good.
