    Lovin' it. Our last HP printer lasted 20 years and we would still have it except for the price of ink. This one's taking a little getting used to but I will get there. Big plus on the ink availability and how easy it is to maneuver through all of that.

    Needed a new all-in-one printer. One that was efficient but not outrageously priced. Have always had HP printers. This one works perfectly for my needs. As a bonus, we got six months of free ink. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    First of all I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Then, the person sent to set it up was very unkempt. The setup is okay, however, the paper tray is still a problem.

    Spent over 3 hours on the phone with HP tech. Could not resolve problem. Printer software would not complete setup. Tech said they were working on the problem and would call the next day. I checked Windows 10 update and there was a driver update. I did the update and it worked. Very frustrating to spend so much money and not have it work right away. Tech did call back and I told him I got the printer to work. Seems there is a lot of problems between HP and Windows 10.

    Get alot done with this printer. Doesnt come with a manuel so you have to go online and learn how to take advantage of rhe features. Comes with extra ink services which is nice.
