    So far so good. Only problem is that it will not automatically shut down. Have tried all choices of times and none work. So must shut off manually. But everything else works so not worth trying to return or repair. These days EVERYTHING takes too long due to COVID.

    Spent over 3 hours on the phone with HP tech. Could not resolve problem. Printer software would not complete setup. Tech said they were working on the problem and would call the next day. I checked Windows 10 update and there was a driver update. I did the update and it worked. Very frustrating to spend so much money and not have it work right away. Tech did call back and I told him I got the printer to work. Seems there is a lot of problems between HP and Windows 10.

    Great printer! Does everything i need it to do and then some. It did have issues with the initial update download, but it was quickly fixed with a simple restart. Love the Mobile fax option too. Saves from having to get a new phone line installed.
