I can’t print from within Adobe using print command. Other than that it is a very nice printer for the price.

The only downside is the cost of the ink. This Printer became the lifesaver for this period where I've had to print out tons of my personal work and School work and projects.

Setup was easy and this makes a great addition for the home office. Document feeder only scans one-sided, that is perhaps the only downside.

The printhead stops dispensing the Cyan color. The printhead also can’t be removed easily to be cleaned. I read online that many people have problems with Cyan suddenly not working. This seems like a known defect that basically means this becomes a black-and-white printer only, because printing accurate colors is impossible when blue becomes unavailable.

That's not HP's fault though. I purchased a HP printer some years back and loved it as well. It was just time to upgrade.

Ink ships straight to my door when it gets low. The printer let's them know when to ship it.

The ink cartridges are a little different than previous models I've used. You have to snap off a plastic tab before you insert them and that can be tricky.

It doesn't sit there and take over a minute to get ready to print like my old one did. It's pretty affordable and did not break my bank. Great unit !!!

The paper is wrinkled 85% of the time. I've bought HP printers exclusively since the mid-1980's and while the last two identical printers had identical problems after a couple years of use, this one has disappointed straight from the box, and will probably be my last HP. Having to restart it after every paper jam (a frequent event) is annoying and time-consuming. I've given up trying to feed half pages through. I suspect most of my problems relate to the flimsy, closed system paper tray, If I hadn't just replaced all the ink cartridges (after a couple weeks of use) I would have returned it, despite anxiety attacks when there is no functioning printer in the house. The best thing I can say about it is that it is quiet (probably because it is so slow).
