I love this printer. So easy to use and the copies come out great.

My new HP 8720 from Best Buy was not only a good price, but also it a superior full featured print scan copy fax piece of equipment. The optical character reader works terrific, which allows me to scan most printed documents with high accuracy. Also, the printer can be set to print in draft mode which still looks terrific, and uses minimal ink

Although it is a bit large, the HP 8720 is very easy to setup and use.

This printer worked right out of the box without issue and has performed flawlessly ever since. Fast print upon spooling for both 1 and 2 sided printing. We use this printer via Wireless mode only between 2 cell phones, 2 tablets, and 1 Laptop without any issues. Print quality is great, copy quality has been excellent and scanning without a hitch. Highly recommended

When my previous all-in-one (HP Officejet Pro 6100) went to the big office electronics recycling bin in the sky, I knew that I was going to replace it with the more current version (because I loved the HP Officejet Pro 6100). The HP Officejet Pro 8720 does not disappoint; rather, it surpassed my expectations. Best all-in-one I've had so far. I hope it lasts. Only time will tell.

Works very well! I just dont like the bulkiness. Gets the job done...I love printing from my phone.

I'm a longtime HP customer and haven't been let down yet... the products perform well and I don't need a tech team to set them up! In this case, I needed to find a printer that I could set up at home and use wirelessly and print directly from my phone plus I wanted something that could print a big document quickly with many pages if needed... this is it! Very happy.

I had a few set up issues with the initial printer. HP sent a replacement part, although that didn’t wor. HP then sent a whole new printer. This printer worked and has been great. The set-up process is a little absurd having to switch between the printer and an online website. This printer is packed with feature and is great for a home office.

Big and takes up a lot of real estate but it works well and we use the hp ink renewal with it
