Works great and very fast also very easy to set up.

The printer was easy to set up but you had to install instant ink which I cancelled after 2 weeks. It was a 3 month free trial. The concept of instant ink isn't for me. Went over the allotted amount of printed sheets in just 2 weeks so there was an additional charge. Then since we have 2 residences I would have had to pay for months when the printer would not be used.

I wanted to upgrade my HP printer for my Direct Sales Home Based Business. It had to have email, fax, scan and of course print. This printer does all of that and more. The quality is amazing. I love that it is a flat bed printer or you can feed the paper through. It is like having the big office printer in a smaller size.

I replaced a ten year old hp all in one with this printer. It prints quicker, the autofeeder works even with wrinkled paper. I can put forms in the printer on top of paper already in the try. The touch screen is intuitive. The printer installed without incident, connected to one computer via USB and a seond via WiFi

I bought this printer to replaced an older model. I was impressed with all of its functions, especially the wireless printing capabilities. Also- I don’t have to order toner, the printer knows it’s low and the company sends when running low.

Don't be afraid to buy this machine, easy to use. It looks like a big confusing printer but they really did a good job making it user friendly. I'll be honest in the past I hated HP stuff because they always went to far and made it hard to use. This is perfect for a personal office printer or for up to a dozen people.

We have it in our office and it works great. We use instant ink which is great because the printer basically orders the ink for you.

Because my wife is a teacher and I read/print medial reports I wanted a fast dependable printer. After the 8600 HP Pro display screen went white (=non functionable) after 5 years I saw this printer and appreciated the full enclosed design and bought it. Very satisfied with this printer.

Faster, quieter and more full featured than the printer it replaced. Especially appreciate the ability to print from various devices (apple, windows, and cell phones). Opted to go with the HP ink subscription to ensure I won't run out of ink at an inopportune time. Great so far and I'm saving on the cost of ink.

I bought this as a replacement for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 that we have used at the church office for several years. The screen, print speed, and setup are all excellent. The HP InstantInk program will actually save our congregation a lot of money over time. After a month of use, we are satisfied.

I always get the all in one printers because I need all of the functions. The fax, copier, scanner and printer all work great and are dependable. Also using their new printer ink monthly subscription service which ends up saving money I believe.

This is a great printer. Meets all of my needs. My previous HP Printer was a photo printer that I purchased in 2007. I ordered a second one (new in box) . That second one finally failed this year 2018. Total use of the HP Photosmart 3210xi all in one printer scanner copier was 11 years.

I bought this printer to replace my Epson all in one which took forever to print, copy & scan documents. I made the right decision because everything is a breeze now. Just a little FYI.... if you have ATT U-verse you might need customer service help for installation. Other than that I LOVE this all in one!!!!

Just like any electronic purchase, I read several reviews of printers. This HP printer works well with the other HP products we own; a seamless integration. The printer also makes great copies, faxes, scans and prints memos etc. Decent purchase. Easy setup. We don't have one complaint.

so far so good ... my prior HP Office Jet would constantly loose its connection to my network and the connected devices. this one , so far, has not. scanning and duplex printing is much better than previous unit. Also love the new printer cartridges and the online auto refill feature.

I am pleased with my printer. It has so many good features. I feel it will work well for printing my genealogy charts, pictures, etc. I have a lot of information to print and know I will get the quality of print I need to have.

Was looking for an 5th printer for our small office and this one does the trick. Fast printing with great quality for presentations (faster than our 3 year old Brother color laser printers). Great scanning quality. Still have to see how expensive the ink is versus laser but so far so good!
