I have had several HP printers prior to this one and was generally satisfied with each. This one is definitely faster than the 7520, handles 2-sided copies well (except cardstock), and performs other tasks I have tried. Color quality is acceptable for flyers I need, but miss the photo ability of the 7520 photosmart...can't have everything I guess.

I've had this printer for three months now. What a nice machine . The programming is really well done and it has operated flawlessly so far. The printing quality and speed are quite good. This is a small-office machine but I have it for home use.

We got this for my wife's business. Was hesitant to get ink jet because they're generally not as fast as laser printers, which is what we were replacing. But this is FAST. Also, wifi connectivity is fast, easy and responsive. Will print from device anywhere in our house. Colors are great for business printer.

I was suprised at how fast this unit was. It is comparable in speed to much more expensive HP units. The only downside is because its so fast it does not print labels as well as my old HP as the labels can get stuck in the wheels at high speed. Adjusting the printer to thick paper seems to help but thats the only flaw I have found so far.

Ordered the printer online at bestbuy.com and had to return it to the store due to a broken part. Best Buy exchanged the printer and I have had no problems since setting it up. The only downfall if you are restricted with space the printer is a bit on the bulky side.

I have had many HP printers over the years and this looks and feels similar. Improvements I noticed are in speed of printing, especially 2 sided printing. Quality of printing is great, as usual. My only real issue/concern is that the printer loses connectivity when not used consistently. I have it connected via WiFi and the printer will show 'offline' quite a bit. I will have to power cycle the printer, and even sometimes edit the port setting to get Windows to see the printer. i have noticed the same connectivity issues when using my Mac as well. The Mac just does a better job of finding the printer if the IP address changes. If you are going to connect via WiFi keep this in mind. Other than that, the printer is a solid choice.

WE got this printer at the last minute last year. It has been a gem and handled all of our needs. Scanning has been great without issues using the feeder and the flat scan. Ink lasts a pretty good while and not too expensive to replace. Don't use the HP online ink plan though

We replaced our old printer with this one, LOVE the wireless feature and the printing app available on my phone--saves me time and the hassle of making sure something is emailed and available from my computer prior to printing. Also works well for my crafting needs! Great investment, highly recommend!

Although was selling out fast best buy staff helpful in locating one for me was easy to set up only thing is printer has a rather large footprint so make sure you have adequate space to work with. Pretty happy with performance so far all function work well with driver download if novice I recommend geek squad assistance.

Great printer, duplexes, scan to print and file. I am happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Bought this printer to replace my older HP. This printer does everything it says it does. Very convenient with the top paper feeder. Prints great in color as well as ink saving draft in black and white. Prints wirelessly without issues. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great printer for personal or a small home business. I also like the HP Ink program.

I came into Best Buy looking for an All-in-One machine for my nonprofit. I had no idea what I was looking for but the attendant make things so easy and I am happy that we stopped in. This HP is hands-down the best machine I have ever used and this includes industrial sized office machines!

This printer is a model very similar to a previous one I had. For those who don't like reading product set-up instructions, this printer is for you. It is quick and easy to set up and easy to use. Features I like are the scanning, printing, and copying. It even comes with ink!!

Printer works fine but is very large and very noisy

This is a good printer. It's a little large but if you have the room. I use it in my home office it's fast and quiet. It does a good job of printing double sided. I highly recommend this printer. I have been using HP printers for several years but this is the best one I have had so far.

I bought this printer to replace the older HP Office Jet Pro 8600. Set up was a breeze. Print quality is excellent. I've also printed 4x6 photos with my photo software set for highest print quality and have gotten great pictures as well. Love HP printers!
