I had the 8600 pro and loved it. Purchased this one because it looks like an updated version of the 8600 pro, but it is way bigger for no apparent reason, as it have the same resources. But I still recommend it.

The printer was very easy to set up. I did require several attempts to get the sleep mode/auto shut down and start up correct for me. The screen is large and easy to read. I shut the printer off at night because the screen is bright

I have been using the printer for one month without any problems. The quality of the printing has been very good. I selected this model in part because it had a larger display screen than some other printers and I am glad I did.

Replaced an older HP all in one with the 8720 and boy what a difference. Much faster! Easy set up and no problems with down time to date. Ink is expensive but them machine is quite nice. Highly recommended if you can afford HP's ink prices.

Enrolling in the automatic ink program is a must. Great savings.

This printer was easy to set up and get going in no time. I was able to connect all my computers and test the online printing option. Prince pretty fast and it's everything we need to have in the printer in my wife's office.

It does everything! While I'm on my cell, I print anything I want and need. It's an amazing machine! The printer quality is tops. I've never given such a high grade on a product. I recommend it for anyone who works from home, etc.

I love the All in One workstation printers and I was lucky to get this one on sale for a hundred dollars off. Great performance and beautiful printing which is great because I just had an Epson that was nothing but trouble.

This copier is much more bulky and noisy compared to my previous HP 8600 office jet pro plus! It is considered the comparable replacement. It is also slow to startup, although does copy faster once it gets going.

Purchased this for my father-in-law for two reasons, first was ease of use second was the ink renew program. Basically wanted something simple and easy to operate which this unit does well. Print quality is decent for print and average for photo paper.

Needed printer that could handle card stock and fliers. Does job well and works good . Lot of ways to access and operate abilities of printer. Seller support great.

Replaced a lower level HP that couldn't handle the copy load. So far, this has been great! Extra large scanning screen handles larger original copies. Wireless options are plentiful, including printing from phone while not in the office.

I have three of these in different locations for light duty officework. It does everything I need at a great price and HP has a quality product. Not crazy baout having to have multiple color ink cartridges but not a big deal.

I have used HP Printers for many years for many different office and home tasks and never once did they require any service or repair. Ink cartridges last for a long time and print very clearly. I recommend these printers highly!

This printer is fantastic! It is perfect for my busy small office. I can print good color photos, reams of letters and copies of documents. It does everything but make biscuits. It has been an excellent purchase for me.

I bought it to try out the print speed and HP Instant Ink 50% off printing ink savings and HP free tech support for one year. It's all it was said to be and more! We like it but they could offer higher copies options than they do.

Bought the new printer to replace a 7520. This makes better photos even though it doesn't have the photo black cartridge. Footprint is larger than expected but still fits my space. Love the way paper doesn't come flying out!

Easy to set up, does it all. My last printer was an HP3200 series. For my home office, this printer works. I love the auto 2 sided printing and copying, the scanning. I haven't use some features...but am happy with it so far.
