My previous HP printers have always been easy to set up and ran smoothly- until this one. Out of the 7 HP printers I have owned over about 15 years this was the hardest to get started. Ended up spending almost 5 hours getting this darn thing to work, it didn't like my firewalls or my router or the USB cable I tried to use. Now that it works it's great, but seriously HP go back to when your printers were pretty much plug and play as opposed to giving it its own network and email and garbage...

This is my fifth or sixth Hp printer and all have been better than the one before. It is the best in its price range.

During my business career and during my retirement I have purchased many printers, one Epsom and the rest HP. This is the best one yet.

We purchased this machine on the recommendation of the sales person since it has instant ink. We love it. So much faster than my last printer.

This printer works great. All the functionality I need for home/business use. I got it on sale at $100 off, so that made the deal even better.

The HP 8720 does everything it's supposed to do. So far, no issues or complaints. Also like the white color. Looks nicer in a home office.

Printed a very large document and could not figure out how to remove pages periodically from the printer without jamming up the print flow. Pages ended up out of order. The 8720 is okay for small or medium documents, but very bad design for large print jobs. I returned it and got the 8710 instead, which I love.The pull out tray allows me to take pages off without interrupting the print flow.

Having a home business, this works for us. Using the mobile app and all its features have worked out for us with no problems.

So far I have had no issues with the printer. I have used both the email portion and air print to print items. Works great.

Good printer but printed paper comes face down, which I am not used to. Getting too any faxes with nothing on them. Major waste of paper and time. Easy to load paper.

This printer exceeded my expectations.. I have put it thru every challenge without incident. Best bang for your buck!

Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I'd say 99% happy. The only complaint is the wifi software disconnects often.

We have been happy with this. A glitch does exist with interphase on Mac. Look into this prior to purchasing.

It's a little larger than my last HP printer but it prints really fast. Very good quality product and extremely easy to set up in a network.

If you dont use instaink with the unit will not work. Waste of money. Its just collecting dust now.

One of the best printers I have had. Color printing is very good. I like the the way it prints both sides.

Color crisp and clear when used... Still learning finer points, but this is my third HP printer, so, that should tell you something!!

This printer has it all, copy,scan, fax, duplex print and email print. I got a great deal on it and cant be happier.

The printer itself is a mini workhorse. BUT do not buy the automatic ink. In 3 hours printing stopped 4 times to upload ink information. I cancelled the service.
