Prints well. Scans well. Prints a little slow and I wish the scanner would scan a medium quality resolution instead of just high or low.

Bought the printer for a senior family member. Time to setup was 15 minutes and they were printing from their iOS devices.

I bought this printer to replace a HP 8600 that I had in my classroom. It is so loud that I am returning it.

So far unable to connect to my pc due to compatibility issues. Now I'm shopping for new pc to go with new printer. Looking forward to having it all set up.

Everything I needed in a printer. I had an old Epson that died on me and I rushed to Best Buy and found a great HP on sale.

Love my new HP officejet Pro 8720. Always buy HP printers and they haven't let me down yet. Double-sided printing is a breeze.

This is ok, but it did use a lot of ink and fast. It kept jamming on us so we purchased another.

Network, wireless network and mobile printing work without a problem. Great image quality from the scanner. Definitely recommend.

We have had this printer about 2 months and everything is working fine. One paper jam and it was easy to fix.

Good large ink cartridges. Two sided printing is great and I like the paper tray on this model much better than the 8710 model.

Although this printer was a little on the big side for my home, it had all the functionality I was looking for and reviews in general were very good. Setup went well until configuring the wireless network settings. I needed this function because of where the printer would be in relation to my home router. Unfortunately, the printer would not connect to my home network. After six hours of on line help from the HP techs, still no success. They suggested that my router configuration was at fault. I tried to get help from my IP, but the connection was so bad, I could not understand what they wanted me to do. That's ironic since my IP and phone service provider are one and the same. One thing HP does right was using an instant message function to communicate rather than voice. I found this greatly superior to my IP's method of solving tech problems. Anyway, totally frustrated, I returned the printer to Best Buy with no problem and bought a different brand. The Epson went thru configuration with no problems and the WIFI works great. This is the first piece of electronics I have ever bought that was defective right out of the box. I guess some bad luck finally caught up with me.

This Office Jet printer works well. The screen is easy-to-read and makes completing tasks simple. I am glad that I purchased this.

This printer is a one stop shop everything you need all at once and its wireless what more could you want

Great economical printer. Not as good as a Canan but at least the ink cartridges last longer and are cheaper.
