    I'm giving this review based on my initial experiences with the 8720 printer. Out of the box, the device seems well built and sturdy. This is especially true when you compare it to the printers around it (sub $100) which tend to feel like they would break after a few uses. The design sets it apart as well, which may be a selling point if you have it somewhere visible. Once I had the printer out of the box and plugged in, I found the initial setup to be pretty straight forward, however there were many flaws/bugs that I noticed. The primary one being that throughout the initialization process, it would give me errors and tell me to click the "how-to" (may not be exact wording) which didn't exist. This may have been a sign of the more fatal issue to come, which is that one of the setup cartridges (cyan) doesn't work and prevents me from finishing the initialization process and using the printer at all. I will try to update my review if i'm able to get this issue resolved with HP support / Bestbuy. However, this isn't even close to the cheapest printer available and I had hoped for a better experience from a premium device. 1 star* as no matter how nice or solid the device seems, if I cant use it, it provides no real value.
