Great printer, excellent speed, & a tremendous value

Versatile printer. easy to use, slightly smaller than the older 9000 series officejet that it replaced. Scanner works really well, prints quickly and HP software does make things fairly simple to use. Might not work with older computers though. I had an older HP Envy operating on Windows 10 and the scanning software was a bit wonky.

I love this printer! The printer is super easy to set up and prints fast. For the price it’s definitely worth it. The only issue and the reason I gave it 3 stars was the ink. It comes with 4 cartridges that one would think are able to be used until they are out of ink. Wrong, Ink cartridges are able to used as long as you sign up for instant ink. Which is not the way it is made to seem when purchasing the printer. The description of the product states 4 cartridges are included but no where does it say can not be used unless you sign up for instant ink. I have no problem buying the cartridges I just wish I had known this so I could have bought them the same time as the printer. Would have made it a lot easier.

I have owned 4 All-In-One HP printers now including this one. They generally last about 4 years. This one is by far the most superior one I have purchased to date. It prints VERY rapidly and smoothly. It is a touch noisy, but for its speed - no complaints. Also, one significant feature - this printer has a replaceable printhead. I had no idea to purchase a printer with this significant feature so when this part wears out it is easily replaced. I figured this out with my last HP printer in that it did not have a removable printhead, it got worn out, and I had to replace the entire printer. I am very satisified with my 9015e and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a home office all-in-one printer.

OK so far. I got this to replace my hp 8620 pro which was bigger, sturdier and could hold large amounts of paper for big jobs. The 9015e seems like the hardware is cheap because it makes a lot of racket when it prints. But it prints well so I hope for the best.

I am very pleased with this printer. Connection to both my phone and computer was easy to setup. I love the print speed and ability to print 2-sided. Would definitely purchase again. And the HP ink program is well worth it.

I purchased this printer a little over a month ago, to replace an older HP printer that had quit printing well (and could not be repaired). So far, I've been very pleased with the quality of the printing (including of photos) and the speed of printing. I like the convenience of printing on both sides of the paper. Scanning documents and photos is easy with the available app.

very easy setup, and has been very reliable. I've had previous HP office jet printers and they have been easy to use and have great tools at your disposal for any issues that arise . e.g. alignment/cleaning etc.

We absolutely love our printer! It was easy to connect with our wifi and computer; not to mention the user friendly app we downloaded on our phones. We also like the set up HP has for the ink being mailed out, for a much cheaper price than the stores. Also, the quality is great!

Our old HP copier lasted 12 years, personal home use, used frequently. This new one is easy to operate, setup was very easy. We are very happy with this.

Purchased the printer for a client. This printer is fantastic. Easy to setup. Prints beautiful and fast. I have owned and setup many printers Hp is my go to. I replaced an envy 7640 series. My client says she loves this printer. Print quailty is great. This will be my next printer too.

Finally had to upgrade printers after 7 years and of course was going back to another HP. Always reliable and prints/scans great. And so easy to set up on our home network. Don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand of printer.

Love the fast, easy setup and the performance. Bought this in a crunch since my other printer suddenly quit, was able to get it home, set it up very quickly, and print out what I needed.

After fighting with our Epson off and on for a while, we chose the 9015e after reading several reviews. Super easy to set up, fantastic print quality, way less faff that other printers we've owned. Couldn't be happier.

I had to replace my old Epson inkjet printer when it failed to provide good copies of our Christmas newsletter. This HP 9015e was highly recommended by NYT Wirecutter so I decided to try it. It’s a great printer! Copies of our newsletter printed seamlessly and had excellent quality. Setup was fairly smooth. HP’s recommendation to use their app on a mobile device for setup rather than the internet store was spot on. (I waited over 3 minutes for the internet store to respond before I gave up.) The printer has dropped the WiFi connection a couple of times but has been fine since those first two hiccups (it’s only 10’ from the router). Scan quality is also excellent.

Very easy to setup and has a quick printing , scanning, faxing ability. Got this printer at a very reasonable price. It's a must to have for small business and home purposes.

So far, so good. Love HP printers for the great eaze of setting up and the insta-Ink feature. This machine prints incredibly fast with beautiful results. Hope it lasts longer than my previous experience with 8023's.

This is an acceptable printer. The price was good. I am disappointed that I don't have the option to choose printing two sided from the print menu. The scan feature is easy to use as long as it's to the owner PC. I think I liked my HP 8600 better but will get used to this one.

Purchased this printer to replace a failing hp OfficeJet Pro 8600. It's definitely not as well as constructed as a printer from 8 years ago. Feels much cheaper to the touch. And, of course, this model requires a different print cartridge. Bless them. The actual printer output looks very good, as I would expect from a hp printer. Joined the "6 months of Instant Ink", and was surprised when new cartridges arrived within days. Had only printed a couple of pages, so I'm not sure why they were sent already. The scanner operation performs as expected, though I was surprised to discover that the maximum resolution is 300 pdi. The 8600 Pro included a 600 dpi option. Can't understand why it was eliminated.
