Easy to set up. Fast printing including simple double sided and bulk scanning

I like this printer so much I have two, one in Texas and one in Minnesota. My comments come from a bias that I think of printers as a necessary evil. What I like is it's easy to set up. What I don't like is it is very PC centric and I work on a MAC. To my knowledge most options - scanning etc. - are not available on the printer itself and with a Mac must be accessed via the HP software on your Mac computer. If it were more Mac friendly I would rate it Excellent but it's not, so I didn't. Additionally, I had to add a second printer for each location even though it's the same printer. As on a Mac I need to do everything through the computer software it sometimes doesn't know which printer I mean and I can give them unique names in the HP software

My husbands 8 year old HP printer started having problems, that to fix would cost more than a new HP printer. In comparing capabilities, this 9015e HP was about equal but the size and price were much less.

This printer was purchased to replace an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. Set up was rather easy. It prints, scan, and copies just fine. So, so far it is getting the job done. However, it doesn’t match up to my original printer. The first thing I noticed upon taking the printer out of the box is that doesn’t appear to be as sturdy as my original printer. This new printer seems to be made from lesser quality parts. The new printer is also louder than my original one. It makes clicking noises which sounds like something is broken. I needed a printer and inventory is low everywhere so I kept it. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Under usual circumstances, I may not recommend this printer to a friend. But if a printer is needed immediately, I suppose I would recommend it.

Small, very efficient, and faster printing. Paper tray capacity is perfect for our small business. No paper jams! The sale price was very affordable for this quality OfficeJet 9015E printer, scanner, fax and several other printer capabilities. Highly recommend.

I really like HP printers, especiallythis one. It was easy to set up (If I can set this up, anyone can do it!). It prints regular paper and labels well; I haven't tried photo paper yet.

Excellent printer, easy to use and had no problems setting up or connecting to my home computer or other devices. Print resolution is great and we’re perfectly satisfied with equipment.

Perfect everything works really well. It’s a little noisy but nothing I can’t ignore. I wish the scanner would scan both sides with one pass through but overall the printer is great. It does everything I need it to do and more.

I've been a loyal HP Printer customer for 15 yrs. This Pro 9015e is compact and easy to use. I'm still getting use to the inkjet supplies and do not like that the price of the inkjet service is linked to the number of pages printed; especially since I rarely print multi-colored copies.

Easy set-up and it is working great. It has all the features that I needed in a printer. And, and I love HP printers as the quality of print and the features are excellent. It is lighter plastic than my last HP printer, which is an HP Officejet Pro 8600. However, it works just as well but is a bit flimsy.

Good printer and very easy to setup. The print quality is great and the connection always happens fast when printer is turned on. I would definitely recommend.

Great full function printer. This is my third HP All in One and this is the best one yet. Easy setup, easy to use, very quiet operation and great print quality.

I upgraded from another HP. The idea of being able to scan double sided documents in one pass reall appealed to me. So far printer has worked great. Easy to set up with home network. HP ink program a bonus.

Very easy to install on home network. Could use a little better instructions on where ink goes; they go underneath the front white panel. Otherwise an excellent printer.

This HP Printer has many useful features such as a document feeder, larger paper tray and it is remarkably fast printing multiple page documents. It comes with 6 months free ink as well and works fine in wireless mode across the room.

I always buy HP printers. This one is pretty good. They only thing that disappointed us is the tray that hold the paper after printing doesn't automatically open, so if Im away from the printer, my papers ended in the floor. Other than that it prints fast and very clear.

i was replacing older HP printer, and this has been a great all in one printer. Very easy to set up, wireless to easily connect to computer, smart phones, ipads. Very good image quality, fast printing

This HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e copier is an excellent choice for me because it is not complicated to operate. I've only used it for a few weeks and is very comfortable with it's performance. So far, no problem.
