    Works great, except when it decides to kick itself off line for no apparent reason (wifi still solid). No info on how to rectify that, even re-booting doesn't always work. Frustrating.

    I bought this to replace a HP Officejet Pro 8620 at 3 times the cost of the 8620 and find it doesn't come close to the performance of the 8620. The paper tray doesn't hold as much paper, lacks a separation guide between 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 paper. The output tray is also inadequate for some jobs.

    While the product is okay the ink is hard to install. It works better with portable devices. We had to replace it almost immediately because of the flimsy construction of the ink cartridge system

    My first one, only 6 months old,broke after a paper jam. The second one was difficult to install. Honestly HP's website had been hacked and led me to a unscrupulous third party. Nuff said.
