This replaces an older model it prints well and so far we like the Instant Ink option. It is lighter weight and noisier than the older model, thus the 4 stars.

Works great Color is sharp and clear. Feeder tray is good for all a round documents. Easy to connect

The printer is very good for a small home business, with the added bonus of ink being sent when the printer notifies HP of low ink levels. Contrary to other comments about the printer shooting out papers onto the floor, I have not found that the printer does this. Most printers have a slight push out at the end of printing a paper, but this extra push is not enough to float papers to the floor. I give it a 5 star for connecting, printing, copying and scanning. Recommend purchasing it!

We bought this as a Christmas present for our daughter. Her old HP lasted 15 years, so we wanted another one. Her husband and we looked at numerous HP's and this was the closest to our newer one and her old one, which we were all happy with. Looking thru the many reviews, the features and choices, we decided this was the top choice. We spent more than originally planned, but it's still got the visible touch screen and prints photos, which can be hard to find She loves it! As mentioned in reviews, setting up the wireless printing was a hassle, but she said it's super fast and the quality is very good. It's a bit bigger than some of the other home printers, but she said she'll adjust, as she's happy with it.

This HP printer is my third printer in a row rated for home and small business use. The first two each lasted 8 to 10 years each. So I have had good luck with HP so far. PROS: The print quality is very good and the print speed is definitely quicker than my previous models. Setup was relatively easy until... The last step: Print a Test Print... CONS: Then, what sounded like all heck broke loose inside. It took awhile to find the issue inside the printer. HP designed the printer with a loose blue plastic part of some sort. It was not secured with blue packaging tape inside the printer when it shipped and there was no indication in the instructions that there was a loose part inside the printer to be aware of. So, when I tried to print the first test print, the printer jammed. It took several times of opening up the printer and figuring out how the blue plastic part should be correctly mounted. Several more paper jambs occurred in the process. Fortunately, once I resolved the problem, the printer seems to work as it should. Unlike my previous HP printers, HP has really cheapened up the quality of the printer itself by making it all plastic. So the jury is still out if this printer will match the lifespan of my previous HP printers and maintain constant print quality. So, buyer beware. Be sure to open up the printer first to locate the blue plastic part before you try to make a sample print. It would be a good idea to contact HP to get a clear instruction photo / diagram on how it should be correctly. mounted. Their image of the correct orientation of the loose part are unclear on their website page that tells you how to resolve a paper jamb.

Excellent printer! Picks up 65lb card stock without hesitation and creates gorgeous prints on all types of paper. Easy to setup, highly recommend!

Our printer just died. Found this great printer. It was easy to set up. Good copies especially 2 sided.

I have been very pleased with my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e for the past year and a half that I have owned it. One thing I have really enjoyed is I have not had paper-jam problems, whether it be during the scanning process from the document feeder, or during the print process whether it be the blank paper feed or the actual printing of a document.

This is probably the best printer I've had. Fast, quiet, and easy setup- even using a smartphone and 4 different computers at home.

I bought this printer based on reviews and am happy to contribute my own "thumbs up" for it. It replaced a 4-year-old Epson WorkForce, which suddenly stopped working and could not be brought back to life even after working through all troubleshooting recommendations and conversations with Epson. The HP-OfficeJet Pro 9015e was delivered quickly from Best Buy, and it was easy to set up to work wirelessly with both my computers (iMac and PC) and my iPhone. So far, the printing quality has been much better than any other home printer I've ever had. It's too soon to make any long-term assessment, but so far, everything has been fine, and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Great looking printer with small footprint. Easy to use. Good print quality. I love that there is just one screen that operates the unit, so the printer is 'clean' looking.

I previously owned the original 9015 until the printer cartridge became stuck and the printer became unusable. I had that printer for two years before the mechanical issue developed. I ordered Model 9015e, an upgrade, because I had been totally satisfied with the original version. The printer produces crisp color and bxw pages in a timely manner; it prints on both sides of paper without the ink running. I was totally pleased with the outcome of several color photos I printed on 5x7 photo paper. I've only had positive experiences with other features of this printer with regard to copying, faxing and scanning with the HP Smart App. Also HP techanical support is extremely responsive and a live person will assist with any issues. I recommend this printer without reservation.

The best printer ever. I used to work in the library and works just like the big, huge office printer. It can scan, fax, print and copy great. The best HP printer I ever had! I love that you don't have to change all the ink cartridges at once. Only change the one that is ran out of ink. I love that I am on the subscription for ink and paper which is cheaper than buying it from the store.

This HP Printer is one of the Best Buy’s I’ve made in a long time! I’ve had it over two years now and included to Ink subscription that monitors my ink used and mails me new ink long before my printer runs out of ink! It does a great job of printing beautiful color pictures and perfect black and white!
