I bought this to replace an OfficeJet Pro 9010 that was less than 3 years old (got stuck in a cycle where could not pull up settings - judging by community posts a known issue for years with no solution other to purchase another one - which sucks). As much as I love this printer model for the actual printing and scanning, the new one I purchased has had regular connectivity issues requiring me to reconnect to my wireless network...sometimes taking several tries and at least once a month. Quality and ink duration is great!

Very easy to set up. Clear, quick and good copies. I havent used the scanner yet or printed photos but im quite sure I'll be pleased. Great for my in home office. I recommend this HP printer.

I find that this machine does just what I need it to do. the quality is great and it was not difficult to install. I love it!!

The printer does print from all our devices. It's easy to install and easy to use. The replacement toner is also worth the money

This printer is so easy to set up. You follow the instructions and you’re ready to roll. It does just about everything you could possibly want to do and the print quality is excellent.

This printer is a life saver. So easy to use and so fast. It makes my wife's live so much easier.

It is a typical HP all-in-one; it seems to everything my previous HP all-in-one did. Some reviews say photo quality isn't the best, but I rarely print photos. It is quick and quiet with crisp black printing of text and good color rendition. My one caveat is that I had to go through hoops to do the simple "scan to computer" that my older OfficeJet Pro 6970 had; after a round with Tech support I found one setting that almost worked; there is a "scan to network folder" that is almost as good but requires a bit more setup. It's working fine for me now.

It prints good, & it prints fast. But what I don't like is that if you choose to join HP's ink service, then HP electronicly marks the ink cartridges. What means is that if you cancel your ink subscription before the ink runs out, you have to order all new cartridges.

I love this printer! Its fast, easy to set up and use!! A must have for any home office or small and large Business office.

Needed a new printer. This model closely matched what my old dead OfficeJet 8600 did. Decided I didn’t really need Level 3 PostScript emulation so I saved a bunch of money there. Setup was fairly easy although the new web interface took a little getting used to. Note this model was advertised as having 2 paper trays. No true. It is one tray that feeds the printer and the second tray is where the printed pages are output. Sorry, but that is not 2 paper trays. My old 8600 had 2 actual trays. I put letter in one and legal in the other. This is very misleading on the part of HP and Best Buy. Print quality and speed are as expected. I would recommend this to a friend.

I like the redesign of HP printers. They appear less bulky. Printer was easy to set up and start printing. Print quality is great and the speed is fast.

The best printer ever. I used to work in the library and works just like the big, huge office printer. It can scan, fax, print and copy great. The best HP printer I ever had! I love that you don't have to change all the ink cartridges at once. Only change the one that is ran out of ink. I love that I am on the subscription for ink and paper which is cheaper than buying it from the store.

Prints great and was a very simple setup. We can print from multiple devices including phones.

I had an old printer and it was time for an upgrade! I absolutely love this printer, it prints super fast and has an easy touch screen that you can also adjust. My old printer had that old push down type of touch screen but this one is a simple glass touch screen. It can do front and back printing and the hp app is super amazing with fun things to print for the kids! I also love the ability to fax things with this, I haven't tested it out yet but it's a very convenient feature also.

I’m enjoying my new printer. Easy to use and setup. Reliable and ready when I need it. Instant ink is the best!
