Overall a good printer. They don't make them like they used to, it's a little noisy. It was easy to install, have had a few HP printers. Printing is color is good.

Prints fast, good interface. Housing seems flimsy compared to previous models. And wish the exit tray extended farther

This HP Printer is one of the Best Buy’s I’ve made in a long time! I’ve had it over two years now and included to Ink subscription that monitors my ink used and mails me new ink long before my printer runs out of ink! It does a great job of printing beautiful color pictures and perfect black and white!

HP Office Jet Pro 9015e: Happy with Choice

I've had my HP Office Jet Pro 9015e for about a month. Printing and scanning functions work quite well. The auto-feed function is very much appreciated. Duplex printing worked as well. My initial impression is that the unit is not as well built as printers I've had in the past, but time will tell. My last printer lasted six years, so that is my reference point. The printer was fairly easy to set up. One other thing -- I'd give my eyeteeth for a proper user's manual.

I bought this printer because my old printer wouldn’t print clear. This one was easy to setup on my network and it works great. This is a good buy.

Easy to setup. Once all the programs that you need are installed it’s a breeze. My wife is a office manager for a doctors clinic so she needed a machine that is reliable.

We bought this printer for our home office and it has been great. Really fast and it seems to stay connected to the wireless better than past printers have.

Very good printer for the price. I wanted something that could do dual side scanning and this one does it very smoothly. Print quality is quite reasonable also.

I purchased this printer to upgrade from a smaller HP printer that had many limitations and no longer met my needs. This printer is easy to set up. You can use AirPrint from your iPhone. I mainly use this printer with my laptop. But my family members can connect to it as well. It is a very fast printer and the scanner has auto feed which is fantastic. I did enroll in the Instant Ink program. The print quality is as nice as a laser printer and less expensive to replace the toner. I have always liked HP Printers and did the research on the new options out there by other manufacturers. I stayed with HP.

Great when you finally get it to work. It isn’t easy to get it going. I finally had Geek Squad jump in. This was the 3rd unit I purchased ( one from Office Depot Was faulty, the second was from Best Buy and even Geel Squad couldn’t get it to sink up but #3 worked). This unit is great. One other maddening thing, Hp tries to get you to buy ink and if you aren’t using ink every month or two it isn’t a must. Careful doing the setup. It’s easy to find yourself signing up for the ink option. Besides that, I really like the printer.

Our last HP printer died and is no longer made. This one was listed as the closest replacement, so I ordered it. It was very easy to set up and it works great. We already have an HP account and an instant ink subscription so it was easy to swap everything out. The scan to computer does not work with a Mac, which is annoying, but I was able to download the HP Smart app to scan.

Great printer but a bit sentimental

Great printer but a bit sentimental. Printing quality is great and works very well for a work from home environment. Or school work. However, She is very very specific about her type. She only likes genuine HP ink cartridges and even then sometimes she wakes up not recognizing the cartridges and you can’t print. I recommend always using genuine ink and also set up your default setting on black and white. Manually update if you need to print in color. The color cartridges are significantly smaller than the black one and if any of them runs out when you still have a full black cartridge, she will not print. If possible always keep a spare set of ink.

Ok printer. Set up was a little challenging to my laptop but ok to my Samsung phone. The pinter is nice and compact. The WiFi is a little hinkie to connect with the 5g dont quite understand but was able make the changes. The printer is far more advanced to my last all in one printer 7310 which HP stop making the ink.

I bought this printer to replace a decade old Epson inkjet printer. I use this in my home office & while it doesn't see loads of heavy use, it has performed flawlessly on the few hundred prints I've processed. Wireless set up was a breeze! I've subscribed to the HP instant Ink program, so not having to ever worry about running out of ink is a huge plus!

I had the same printer but it had 2 drawers and I do miss the second paper tray! Also had no problems with it until about 2 months ago and every time I print more then 2 pages front to back it will not keep printer- never had this trouble with my other printer and had it just 2 years when it stopped working! I have only owned HP Printers for 37 years!
