Can't use compatible INK

Great all-in-one printer

I've had the older of the two for about 4 years and has not had any problems, so it seemed like a logical choice for an additional printer. I've been using the new one for a month now, again with no issues. Many positives include 2 sided coping and scanning, quality of copies and the pricing on a printer that can do so much!

Rarely works

He was extremely helpful and informative. Setup was easy and it worked well connected thru WiFi for a few days. Since then it regularly becomes undiscoverable. Simply turning off the power does not work. We need to completely unplug the unit to restart it. Disappointing. We never had this issue with the prior printer. Will return this to Best Buy and select another unit. We do not recommend this.
