Great printer for all of my business needs.

I have never inquired about a printer nor was it ever in my plans to purchase a printer. But with her help it was easy to understand what I was purchasing. I love the look and size of my printer ! Do NOT purchase from Best Buy

Best Buy refused to exchange or refund printer. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!! Unboxed printer and could not complete set up. Printer would not recognize the ink cartridges supplied with the printer.

Avoid The Headache

You can't customize b every print job, unless it allows you, i replaced my 8600 series, considering this an upgrade but its total opposite!!!! All of my HPs have had jamming issues with the feeder but this jeans under ALL circumstances! More jamming than productivity! It also feels so much more cheaply made! Returned it!

Printer for work

With this one I have had issues with the wireless printing. It’s spotty at best. I like the print quality and speed. This is the second one of this model that purchased.
