I love the fact it has instant ink, I don't have to worry about going out and buying ink.

The HP support was a really bad experience. I told them that the print head was faulty and after an hour all they did was sent out some new cartridges as so much ink is being wasted during the print cleaning process.

Couldn't sync the Scanner to my I Mac computer. That's the only issue. I'll call HP tomorrow. Printer works perfectly and is fast.

Putting in the ink cartridges took a few times before it actually worked, which surprised me because it seemed very easy. And its been fine so far, I’ve only had this for several weeks and I expect it will continue to work well.

Very good user friendly all in one printer for home use and beyond. Would recommend this printer to family and friends. We've only had it a short time but so far so good.

It’s great to be able to print from my computer, iPad, or smart phone. There’s a choice of printing wirelessly in either color or black & white. The ink deal is good, especially since the system can sense when ink levels are low, and send new cartridges at a very reasonable price.

Other than that a few dozen pages in and it plagued by phantom paper jams and near constant errors that 8.5x 11 sheets are two long to duplex. All and all I should never have gotten it to replace my 8700 series that died this year. The printer also has less access points to check for jams than the old one did. Since I was dumb enough to throw away the box I am stuck with it for awhile until I throw it out a window at least.
