Easy to set up and prints fast. Great choice for multi-functional printer!

Upgraded our printer because our other printer went out suddenly. So far the quality has been good, the production rate is fairly quick for our needs, and we are pleased with our purchase. Have not not printed any photos on quality paper yet, so have no comment on that. Set up was a breeze with the HP app, and most things can be printed quickly on the run from anywhere.

Needed a replacement for HP Officejet 8600 Pro, mainly due to ink issues and overwhelming cost. Wanted to enroll in HP Instant Ink to save money on cartridges and for the convenience. So far, print quality is fast and excellent with the starter cartridges, and have already received my first shipment of Instant Ink. Early experience has been good and expect to continue for years to come. Side note...always use HP cartridges. You may try to save money, but in the end have to buy a new printer.

The quality of the copies from the printer is excellent. Easy to setup too. Fits neatly on my desk.

My dad's HP Photosmart 6520 stopped working after about 7 years of use so it was time to get a new printer. We knew we were going to stay with HP since we've had Epson and Cannon before but had issues with the both of those brands. We started looking around for deals on a good HP printer and found this one on a few different sites. The PPM specs for both black and color were much quicker than our printer from 2012 had and the ability to make double sided copies was also a step up. We bought this from Best Buy and they also had a sale on ink so we grabbed a black and the color cartridges for when the starter set with the printer runs out. We get it home and this thing is huge and definitely has the look of a "Pro Office" printer. Setting it up was very easy as the screen guides you step by step. After getting it hooked up we started printing and didn't have any issues and were ridiculously impressed with the speed of the printer. That is, until we tried double sided printing. It worked for maybe three or four pages and then we heard an awful noise as it jammed. We took out the tray, cleared the paper jam, then tried again. First double sided page jammed. We did the same thing and this printer continued to jam no matter what we tried. Alignment, clean printhead, try a lot of paper, try a little paper, nothing. It was so disappointing to have this nice looking printer with great specs failing on us like this. We went back the next day to Best Buy to exchange it and came home with the same printer. Setup was still a breeze and we had our fingers crossed when we first tried a double sided print job. Thankfully it worked without an issue and we've printed off hundreds of double sided pages since! Overall this is an incredible printer and if the first printer didn't have an issue that we had to make multiple trips, 1 to purchase and another to exchange, then this would've absolutely been given a 5/5 rating!

This HP printer is fairly easy to use. The paper tray is a little too small and the touch screen occasionally freezes up. When the screen freezes, the power button does not work. The machine must be unplugged and plugged back in to be able to use it. This problem began within a month of my purchase.

We have used HP printers for many, many years. We haven’t had to use this one that much since we purchased the printer. But, so far, so good. We did get it on sale, which made this an easy choice. I will say that the set up was very easy and quick. The only frustrating issue was trying to get past the “ink refill” program on the app.

Nice purchase, high quality and it's easy to use, has so many options to print

1. No basic instructions for use. Hit or miss trying to 'discover' tools and keys to easy use. 2. Flash drive entry location very inconvenient. Barely enough space to put my flash drive in because of placement of the unit in my office. Should be front entry. 3. Very flimsy paper output tray. 4. Why do I have to set up an app first before I can just plug into PC and get started. Had to get help to do this.

This is the best model which is equivalent to HP Printer 8600 All in one printer. The old ran for almost 12 years and i hope this also runs that long. the print quality is good and this can print both sides saves lot of paper.
