It preforms instantly prints automatic pages very easy to operate. My office looks very professional with my new printer that makes my life a lot easier.

First job for this printer was a 390 page double sided manual I wanted to print. Went flawlessly. Only down side is I cannot take advantage of 6 months free ink because I do not use a wireless connection for my PC or the Printer.

Big fan of HP, and I purchase all of my equipment from Best Buy

Frustrating

So far I have not been able to reach any tech support . I imagine it will be easy to fix once I finally reach someone , or else I would rate it a “0”. Very frustrating

Easy to set up but you might have to update your drivers. We also subscribe to HP Ink to ensure we always have it ready to print - nothing much worse than running out of ink when printing! We connect wirelessly and print from three desktop computers but it will also connect to IOS devices via wi-fi and/or bluetooth. Highly recommend using several times per week to ensure inkjets do not dry out due to long periods of inactivity which degrades print quality and peformance and could lead to maintenance issues. Pretty sure this printer will make you a happy customer when used properly.

But we were not disappointed with this one at all. It continue to provide rhe high standard of all in one service that we have become accustomed to. Great purchase, reasonable price.

The 1st one broke, but it was my fault. I was stacking things on top of it. Don't do that. However, I liked it so much I bought another.

Setup went more quickly than unpacking. Printing in under 12 minutes. Firmware update process was painless and seamless once HP validated the serial number. Short delivery time (48hrs). Would recommend....
