This printer does it all! By far the best HP printer I've owned yet. Easy to set up, monthly supply of ink, quick effortless printing (good quality). Highly recommend!

Very happy with this printer so far. Easy to link it to our WIFI and to print from our phones. The printing is nice and it’s faster than any printer we’ve had in the past.

This printer was easy to install and connect to work with my computer. I have only had HP printers during my career, and the service at the store is wonderful! The young man carried the printer to my car for me, and took a look at the old one to see if I would be able to use the ink cartridges with the new one. Very informative and helpful. He told me to call if I had any questions, or any problems hooking up my new printer. This is the kiind of customer service that is needed everywhere, and HP makes the best products

Printer/copier works fine. Couple things I don’t like about it: The power button is located in the bottom back of the printer just above the power cord. Would be nice if it were on top or visible in front. Secondly, there is a light that displays illuminating the paper tray. I keep the printer in my bedroom so the constant green light is annoying at night. Printer does not have option to turn off light, just option to dim it a little. So I have to search blindly with my hand to find power button in back of printer everyday. Quite annoying.

I've had this since February 2020. If you switch from an older HP ink-jet printer, NOTE that this one uses HP 962 ink cartridges. I was so accustomed to using printers with HP 952! It is generally a good printer, but I often need to restart it before my computer will recognize it. (e. g., every other day) The scan quality is great. It prefers to scan to a USB flash drive plugged into it over scanning directly to my computer. (Likely to be operator error!) My biggest negative is that loading the paper tray is very non-intuitive.

This printer works very good especially printing from my iPhone and you get 6month free printer ink the color print is great and doing two sided copies is quick and easy to do

This 9015e HP printer is almost identical to the 9012 I had before. Both printers have excellent printing capabilities. I do wish it was a little quieter when printing.

I would've given this a 5 star, but there was no directions except for downloading an app. Once I got the app, and fumbled through the process, and got it synced with the computer, the printer worked excellent.

Easy to hookup to LAN using HP Smart on IPhone. Printer ink cartridges very easy to install and verify with automatic alignment.

Great quality, fast and quiet. The service provided by HP for printer cartridges insured that you never run out of printing needs at a discounted price and without going to the store for mor cartridges.

Replaced old HP with new HP. Just started using it. Much easier to connect wireless. Will see how much we can save on ink.

Great upgrade from my previous HP all-in-one. I have been using HPs since the late 90s and would only recommend it for printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. Especially for working from home or as a student.

Very affordable and satisfies all of my needs with regards to document printing. Very easy to set up and connect with my wifi, the process took less than 10 minutes.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Trouble scanning from printer but workaround is to initiate the scan from the desktop app.

I really like this printer. It does a good job and prints quickly. Comes with instant ink service which is convenient. Down sides, I can't fax over a voip line and there is no off button.

I would buy this printer again. It prints fast with nice print. I like that HP offers auto ink service. I mostly print from the internet and scanning documents.

I really like this printer. I had an Epson for years and when it broke, I bought another Epson, but I hated it because it had small ink cartridges and was always out of ink. It was also hard to set up. I still have it so my grandkids can use it, but I bought this one for me and I love it. It was easy to set up, doesn't use a lot of ink, love the email to print. My only criticism so far is the paper drawer does not close all the way. I don't know if its a flaw or was designed that way.

Great printer, the only issue I have is the screen is much smaller than my 8600 and not as colorful. Graphics very basic not as many commands as my 8600. The printing quality is good scan, fax are great.

Product exactly meets my personal needs. Printing, scanning several times/week. Small jobs. Easy to set up. Not heavy to lift. Makes the “shaky” printing sound as do all inkjets.
