Print quality awesome. A bit of learning curve to fix paper jams. Ink is pricey but lasts a long time. Scanning is amazing and super easy

HP Printers are basically the standard of affordable consumer printers. Good price, relatively easy setup. The bogeyman is the ink and support.

I need a copier to fit in a spicific space. The 9015e fit perfectly and has a bright tiltable touch screnn for easy access. Nice copier/scanner, however it is a bit louder then I expected.

This is a good printer for in home use. It is a bit more than necessary for home use, but it is faster than many home printers. I would call this a light to medium duty office printer. Works well.

Quality made and makes copies quick , WiFi capabilities and printing from phone or computer makes it perfect for me

Printing and color were fine. Scanning is slow, don’t know if it’s the printer or the HP Smart software. It also takes twice the steps to add additional pages to a scan as my old scanner HP8620 that we had for 5 yrs. But it was either $160 for a new print head that would maybe last a couple more years or a new printer/scanner. Probably should have returned it for a different model but time ran out… :-/

Very nicely surprised by versatility and reliability. Upgraded from workhorse laser printer. Always had nozzle clogging problems before with Epson inkjets. So far, the HP has not used up half my cartridges cleaning the heads and has been fast to not only do the actual printing l but also the time between clicking on print and the starting of the job. Printer can be entirely smartphone controlled by each user on their own devices. Two thumbs up!

Just like my other one , so love it. Colors are brilliant, makes good copies, especially for my family history.

Excellent Heavy duty printer... I like the instant ink program. It is convenient and I have never run out of ink!

LOVE this printer!! I purchased it to replace my HP8600 which was a workhorse for many years. I've been using this HP9015e for a few weeks and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend this print.

I am replacing a two year old HP Office Jet printer that developed irreparable printing problems. The 9015 meets my needs for dependable desk side printing, the option of online printing, as well as scanning services. I was an Instant Ink customer before and have continued with this new printer. The process for installing the ink was simple. So far, the printer has been reliable and quick. The HP Smart software is new to me, but has also been helpful. This is a good dependable printer.

Very capable printer that can handle many jobs. Large photo pages require that you monitor the feed tray as they occasionally hang up. Variable elsewhere for less.

Has been a great printer haven’t had the typical printer issues yet and hope that I do not. Print quality is pretty good as well

The printer prints well but has some major flaws. It is difficult to pull out the paper tray and once out it is impossibke to set it at 8.5 x 11 in paper. The paper slides snd pulls multiple pages through. Two techs at the store could not correct it on the store demoSteve

We love this printer. We print a lot of documents due to tax records & it more than meets our needs.
