Great. Easy to use. Not too much of a hassle perfect for home use.

The printer, copier , scan, fax great.. the only hiccup is the paper tray, not easy to use, it sticks when pulling out to put paper in the tray.

Nice, quite efficient HP printer, which didn’t make the Consumers Report magazine top 5 models but didn’t matter to me. I’ve been able to print from my Mac, iPad, and even from my Galaxy S8 smart phone without problem. All tasks via Bluetooth. However my wife has got an ongoing problem when trying to print from her HP Chrome laptop as the result is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, others won’t. I’ve purchased a USB cable today and try if this ‘moody’ behavior finally stops. It remains to be seen

Order was a couple days later than promised for pick up, but once confirmation email was sent, curbside pick up at Union N J store was quick and staff was friendly upon my arrival. The HP copier performed as promised. Easy to set up wireless connection , holds plenty of paper and prints out document clean and quickly. Very pleased with product.

I am not a technical wizard was able the directions. And it works great. Thanks to the store rep. He was very helpful. Thanks for all that it does. Great product

OfficeJet Pro 9015e prints good-looking text and photos at a relatively low cost per page. It's well suited to small offices with moderate copy and print needs.

This is one of the best printers I've had. It has all of the functions I use and is easy to use.

I purchased the 9015 Officejet Pro printer to replace a model 8600 Officejet Pro that would no longer work and play well with Windows 10. I was very pleased with the 8600 over the years. It was a substantial printer that offered all of the functions required to operating a home-based business. The 9015 is the current equivalent of the 8600. As with most digital equipment, the 9015 is more efficient faster than the 8600. Having said that, the 9015 does not offer the functionally that the 8600 does. When performing scans, the 9015 does not allow you to select the resolution of the jpeg or PDF file. There are times I need a high-resolution image for specific purposes. Also, the control display is very small and hard manipulate when trying to send a fax or select other functions vs. the larger and more functional display of the 8600. The overall size of the 9015 is smaller than the 8600. It is also lighter and seemingly less sturdy Overall the 9015 is a very serviceable 4 in one printer for a very attractive price.

Super easy to set up and connect to my network. The printing is sharp and surprisingly quiet when compared to my previous HP 8710 printer.
