Although this is a workhorse, I specifically need A5 duplex auto-printing. This doesn't provide it, despite what HP told me on the phone. I was disappointed, but BB was very helpful during the return process. I will be shopping for a Canon now & will probably make a point of buying from Best Buy.

It takes to long to replay, always having issues with Scanning, they have a update in the system that fixes this particular issue, but still having same issue. also it takes to long to the printer to response. also the only way to be able to scan is thru the HP app, you can not put the document on the feeder and press scan, don't like that feature. below is the update and still having issues, another friend of mine has same issue. https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor

Very disappointed in it. We had it’s comparable model for 6 years and loved it. This one similarly priced is junkily made. In fact I had to return 2 before we got one that was not broken when we unpacked it. The most flimsy part is the paper drawers.

The 9025e is a pretty good middle level office inkjet printer. It was incredibly easy to setup out of the box. Plug it in, and install the HP Smart software. Let the rest just kinda happen. Once it's on the network you can print from just about anywhere. While the printer does make a fair amount of noise, it produces good quality prints and doesn't leave a lot of ink on the page to bleed. Solid color reproduction, and the edges to text is nice and clean. Print speed is a plus...It tends to churn out pages pretty quickly. Installing ink was definitely different than printers of the past. It has a chamber that is spring-loaded to hold the carts. I had to reseat them multiple times thinking I hadn't loaded them correctly as they didn't always line up the same way each time. The instant ink service is a plus in my opinion. I've been using it in my business for several years now and I've not had many complaints. The pricing is decent, and the delivery speed is good. There's only been a couple issues where I've had to reach out to them to get new carts for one random reason or another. But they were always quick to deliver. This model is particularly nice with the ADF feature on the scanner. It's a massive time saver not to have to switch pages doing scans. In all, I would say I am pleased with this printer and would recommend it to others.

I have purchased 5 HP printers and find them to have glitches that appear soon after purchase. Paper jambs are very common. It has to do with the paper drawers, they are not designed well and very flimsy. The 2025e is no different. It is the paper drawer again that causes paper jams. My drawer has the envelope symbol facing one direction, but the envelope prints upside down if you place it that way. My printer has to be deleted and re-loaded occasionally because it just stops working.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to learn that your printer has experienced frequent paper jams, and that you believe the paper trays have led to this. I can easily understand why this – plus the need to re-establish the device on your local network occasionally – would quickly become exasperating. I want to help you resolve these issues, so I’ll provide some resources aimed at making that happen.

First, I recommend going through the steps to clearing and avoiding paper jams that you’ll find in this troubleshooting guide on our support site:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201289

You might also find it helpful to check out this support document regarding how to best store and handle paper to avoid jams:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04518237

If the problem persists – and for input on why the printer needs to be deleted and put back on your network – I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I had read internet reviews and was concerned with high number of negative reviews. But it offered a lot at a low price. I should have gone with my instincts; if the price is too good to be true, beware. This machine had more paper jams in the two weeks I had it than any other HP printer ever. Did not matter what type of paper, etc. It is a cheaply built, poor quality product. HP should not put their name on this.

I have been buying HP printers for many years and this being the most expensive I was truly anticipating the delivery. Much to my dismay, it has been nothing but problems. For some odd reason it drinks yellow ink, I had to have the ink cartridge holder replaced only after five months. I am contemplating going back to my simpler, cheaper version that would at least last a few years. Sorry, HP but you missed the mark big time on this one!

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to learn that your printer has been so problematic during the time you’ve had it. This was a bit of a disaster. Admittedly, I'm not that technical, but did get this printer set up and it replaced an HP I've had for years (Officejet 8630). There was no comparison between my old printer and this new version. This new version is made so much more cheaply with the plastic than my sturdy and solid 8630. When I set up the 9025, it literally took at least 15 seconds for something to start printing once I sent it to the printer...and it was loud when printing. The size is nice as it's smaller than my 8630 but other than that there is no comparison. The same day I set it up, I boxed it up to be returned.

Run away from this (and HP). Setup is awful, it is all about setting you up to buy more ink, and I still have not got the thing working. I can not print, and I have been at this for hours. Support is terrible, takes forever, the chat system is designed to frustrate you, and once you get somebody on the phone they are absolutely no help. At first the ink cartridges kept popping out, and finally I jammed them in and it worked, after rebooting the thing twice. This printer is a nightmare, stay away.

Not at all user friendly compared to prior HP printers. Fewer options for paper placement than expected with two paper trays. Custom paper assignment rarely accepts custom sizes. Many misfeeds trying to use custom paper sizes. Extremely disappointing when compared to earlier HP printer models. Expected more at a higher price.
