Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Undependable reliability
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent for the first two years. The machine displays randomly with greater frequency a flashing blue screen with an error code of B305DFF9 making the printer unreliable

Mac Users - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Words cannot describe how dissatisfied I am with this printer. Over the past 3 weeks, I've purchased 4 HP All-In-One printers and I've returned 3 of them. Now that I've purchased the 9025e, HP tells me that they really do not support MacOS full and that they'll be updating the drivers soon. Cannot believe this crap. I've spent no less that 12 hours so far attempting to configure these machines and on the phone with support. NOW, the thing finally scans through the feeder but every page is crooked. Customer Support is not taking calls at 9:38am EST. HP has lost my trust. I'm going to try Brother or Canon..

OWNER
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DON'T BUY IT! I have been a strong advocate for HP printers for twenty years but this is the worst printer ever made. It will not connect to any computer in the office- HP or MAC. It will not stay online, it will not print. I resorted to the HP "SMART AP" which is a misnomer as well. I am about to take a hammer to this printer and I am certainly leaving the HP product line.

Posted .Hello there,
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not been reliable regarding connectivity. I can understand why that would be quite an aggravating start for a new printer, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including setup and connectivity issues. Visit that page here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Died at 22 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased in Feb 21 and stipped printing in November of 2022. Paper jam error that could not get resolved and the ink cartridge carrier would not move left enough to remove any of the cartridges. Apparently it’s a common issue when doing a google search

Does not work
Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do Not Buy This Printer. It simply does not work well. It is very slow, when it works. 3 months after purchase it has just stopped printing, in the middle of a run. Customer service at HP has no idea how to solve the problem. They have no solution, and no intent on honoring their warranty. Avoid this printer.
