    I've had HP printers before and will continue to buy them as needed since they've always been reliable. This one is an improvement over my last since it has a separate tray for envelopes and i don't have to reconfigure and it becomes a much smoother operation.

    So far, so good. Except for two things: 1) I can't figure out how to print an envelope when it was very easy to do on the older printer, and 2) I keep getting a message wrong size paper is in the 2nd tray (probably from when I was trying to print an envelope). Not a problem, just an extra 'push button' message. And, if that is all I can't figure out, I guess everything is good. If it lasts as long as its predecessor, we are golden!

    Purchased for child in college. They set it up themselves following instructions in booklet - can print from computer & mobile phone. Fast printing output! Touchscreen for making selections easy to see and use. College-aged child is thrilled with this printer.

    Enjoyed the process of looking/learning about the various printers to replace my disabled printer. The employee was courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all my questions and provided valuable information on narrowing down my preferred printer. I am very pleased with my selection.     A good machine, but many features available on the hp 7740, which this replaced, are not available either from hp or elsewhere unless you have a smartphone.

    Love it! Period. Very easy to set up on my galaxy s22 smart phone, then my fiance set it up to her i-phone then i set it up to my lenova laptop i got from best buy also. Very easy hp app to use to print from all three and i did sign up for the ink subscription but not the paper one and will see how that goes.
