    It is a good printer, instructions were available on Youtube. I got help from the call line and they were helpful. The package of colored inks only (3) was $80. I signed up for six months of free cartridges, but it took more than a week for them to get here. So I ordered from Amazon and got them the very next day.

    The HP - OfficeJet Pro 9135e is a really good printer. I love the fact that it can automatically scan documents double-sided. This was one of the main features I bought it for. It is a great printer for a business. Unfortunately, there are a few extra steps needed for one person to use it for everyday printing at home.

    Startup is a little clunky and the cycle it goes through is cumbersome. Nevertheless, I expect 10 years of good service like the HP unit I replaced. Instant Ink is convenient.
