    I love HP❣️ I have been using HP printers for about 30 years! I especially loved my all in one ink jet pro 8740. Unfortunately i started getting print head errors and i was told by HP i wouod have to get a new printer. The 8740 was built sturdy and i especially love how the printed paper comes out on the printer, not a cheap pull out paper tray. (Look up the 8740). I happily bought the 9135e model. When i received it, i was having issues with it setting up, and after 2 days of hp tech support, i was tood i had to return it due to a hardware issue. I had to order a new one, and had an ink issue that couldnt be resolved after hours of tech support. Again i was told i had to return it :(. This time i looked at other printers. I had already been worhout a printer for a few weeks due to the previous 2 printers not working from day 1, hour 1. HP was the only printer that had all the features I wanted, so i tried a third one. Finally got one that worked. I still think the printer is much more flimsily built, and i made sure to purchase the protection plan on this one, which i never do.

    Bought this for my wife is working from home and she loves it. The second tray we set up for envelopes which has been a huge benefit.

    I replaced a 4 year HP that kept eating the paper on the document feeder. This is same model but upgraded and seems to be excellent with good wifi connectivity.

    Compared to my former OfficeJet Pro 8600, software, display screen, ease of operation all sorely lacking. El cheapo HP doesn't include a manual so you have to print your own. HP Smart is a marketing gimmick.

    Have had problems installing this printer. Have had to reinstall it more than 5 times at least this past year. Currently has been offline for 2 months. Have spoken with HP TECH twice in past two days. They can't get it to install either. They will call me once more tomorrow 2/21/26. Am told by tech if they can't fix, they will replace it. Fingers crossed.

    It’s a great printer and I recommend it for someone who uses the printer daily. I will be returning mine though as I don’t need something so big, that holds so much paper. I only need it for periodic minimal use.
