This printer is really a "Best Buy" for basic needs.

Overall, a very good printer. I would recommend it.

Do not buy. Paper gets jammed in top feeder then you end up ripping your document trying to unjam paper. Slow printing also. Canon much better and was a few dollars cheaper

After.the first few.weeks.it wouldnt.print, now that I registered it.ony computer well my schools computer, I sincerely dislike the fact.that.I must email my print.documents to.my.printer's email, what's up with that??!!

This printer works great and is awesome. My only complaint is how small the cartridges are and how quickly it goes through ink. You definitely need to purchase the high capacity cartridges.

I had a difficult time setting up printer and it kept going off-line. After 4 phone calls to Geek squad, I believe we finally have it working properly. It was an good deal for the money with purchased with my laptop.

I don't know if I just got a bad one or what, but this printer wasn't working properly. Everytime tried to print it would jam up, every since time.

You pretty much pay for what you get, based on my opinion, the printer is slow, and sometimes there are problems connecting to the printer, but overall the quality of the printer is worth it!

Overall I'm not impressed with the new HP printer I purchased about 2 months ago. I've had a lot of issues with the paper not feeding in correctly--I have to pull out the tray and constantly make sure the paper is lined up just right. Also, amidst a fairly large print job (18 pages), blank pages came out of the printer and the job stopped. I had to go through what had printed and what hadn't to see what I needed to re-print. The ink cartridges aren't the easiest to insert either. Wish I had stayed with Lexmark... which is what I was replacing.

Not compatible with SG S3 phone, have to replace the whole cartridge of ink if one color goes out and the quality Of printing is ok.. not to thrilled with this printer. Would not recommend.

This printer drops the wireless connection much too much for it to be a reliable way to connect to any network. Don't put it too far from a cable connection point as you will need it.

Got a good reliable printer for the price. Took a short while to align wireless system, no thanks to vague instructions. Once done, it was smooth sailing. Output "tray" is pretty flimsy.

Very slow to print. Purchased to print out invoices for our new business but it takes a long time. The software was also defective and we had to download HPeprint to make it work.

My printer constantly gets paper jams and it's very annoying so I stopped using it and just use my old printer I'd return it but id lose all the gift cards and rewards I used.

Can't figure out how to put password in for wifi. No instructions, just CD that would not play in my computer. Used website & they couldn't figure out how to do it either.

Average desktop printer. Tends to jam on the first sheet after reloading paper. Doesnt have .pdf scanning capability in the native software. The document feeder is helpful.

This printer was replaced by one that cost three times as much. So it is much slower, not as refined but it does the job for us.

I've had this printer for 6yrs. It just stopped working today. Not powering on period. Not happy about that at all.

I cannot currently rate this item accurately. It was purchased as a Christmas gift that has not yet been given. Purchased it based on past experience with HP printers.
