I ASKED THE SALES MAN THAT DO YOU COMPARE THE PRICE ON LINE. HE SAID YES. I TOLD HIM THAT THE SAME PRODUCT ON EBAY IS $20.00 IS LESS THAN YOUR PRICE AND I SAW HIM THE PRICE THRU MY APPLE IPHONE. WHEN I WENT TO CASHREGISTER NOBODY GIVE ME $20.00 DISCOUNT. I DID'NT ARGUE WITH CASHIER BECAUSE IT TAKES LONG TIME TO DISCUSS WITH MANAGER AND MY SON NEED PRINTER TO PRINT FOR HIS SCHOOL HOME WORK. I LOST $20.00

never realized how much each page cost to print.

Only prints about 200 pages on ink cartridges. The ink plan becomes expensive, not caring that you may need only black ink or may need color ink only.

nothing but trouble

Very easy setup but after maybe 3 dozen sheets through the printer it reported "paper jam" when there was no paper jam. This was after 18 days use. I went through the online chat troubleshooting lasting almost 2 hours. They then said they would send a replacement printer. Well it was a "reconditioned" replacement. The scanner/copy function did not work, so after 1-1/2 hours on the telephone troubleshooting things they said it wasnt working and they wouls send a replacement printer. I asked if it was a "reconditoned" printer, YES. Then I asked to escalate the case. Bottom line I will have a refund coming when I am able to send a scanned copy of the original receipt, which I need a printer/scanner to do! I do not have faith in HP printers and would not risk a third try.
