Too difficult to set up and keep networked

Set up was ridiculous. If it took 4 separate live help sessions with HP to get it set up and running trouble free, how is teh average user expected to manage. I'm also dissatisfied that the majority of printing done with my ink that came with the printer was used by test pages and printing chats done by the HP reps to test the printer as they worked on it remotely.
