I bought this printer about two weeks ago and I am thrilled with it. I like the wireless capabilities and I had no problems with the set-up.

Easy set-up, great wireless range, can use fax with 1 phone line, fax machine can identify between fax and phone call

It does everything I need it to do, I love the 2 sided printing and the WIFI!

Great Wi-Fi scanner / inkjet printer. Allows me to back up numerous documents for my business, while allowing me to print in color (as opposed to using my black-n-white laser printer) when necessary.

Nice printer. Backup printer for another computer. Got it on sale with a bundle deal which made it even better. Pricing the ink appears to be cheaper than my other HP printer. Print from Ipad2 and Samsung s4 easily. Wish it had an SD card slot like my other HP so I can print photos on the go straight from the SD like the other printer. Happy overall. Easy to install software.

My wife and I bought this printer because it was on sale and it was an upgrade from our previous HP printer. It was easy to connect to our WiFi and keeps us informed of errors/low ink levels. The only problem we encounter is that our AT&T U-verse wireless router doesn't always recognize the printer unless the router is restarted. Aside from that minor problem, this printer is a great value for the price.

I have found this purchase to be very rewarding. My printer performs extremely well, delivering everything I need. So much so, that I have purchased a couple more for family members and referred to others. It is very economical to replace ink cartridges and I have experienced no down time due to product malfunction.

This is a good printer. The quality of print is good! I love the price.

That's about the best I can say for this printer. Often skips pages when doing double sided printing. Often skips partial pages when doing single sided printing. Have to repeat print more than I don't. Good thing with the maintenance plan I don't buy ink. I would not pay full price for printer, and knowing how it operates I wouldn't buy it in a package deal.

Nice printer for someone who doesn't do lots of printing. Great for a home office.

I got this for a family member. Got them this printer and an HP desktop (with Windows 8). It seemed to work fine at first, but for some reason, it is now going "OFFLINE" all the time. Reinstalling the HP software on the new Win8 PC seems to solve it, but only temporary and I don't want to have to keep doing this. HP forums have suggested some other solutions, but none have worked. We don't have this issue at all with a XP based wireless laptop that is on the same network so not sure what the issue is here. To me, this seems like it may be Windows 8 related. Gonna try to contact HP directly about it and hopefully they can resolve it.

A good all in one printer to have at your home office

I bought it for home use. Price was great. Set up was reasonably easy. Print quality great, as well as speed. But then came the worst part. I have to change all four color ink very frequently. If I use it infrequently, they dry up. If I use it frequently, they run out fast. So, I am now buying a new printer that has low ink consumption. I wouldn't buy any HP printer that uses 564 model catridge. Fed up with it.
