This printer worked well until the bracket that locks the ink cartridge into place came out when I was changing the cartridges. I could not get the bracket back in & when I called HP to ask where I could take it for repair, they wanted to remote access my computer FOR A FEE, & walk me thru a video. This printer was less than a year old. I told them that I would just buy a new printer & NOT AN HP.

This is a great printer I am very happy I bought this HP Printer. It has everything you need including Faxing. It's well worth the money.

Bought this printer less than 2 months ago for my home. It printed a daily comic strip and a total of about 200 pages of mostly black writing before it BROKE! I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF PRINTING WEDDING INVITATIONS AND IT BROKE A ROLLER MADE OF PLASTIC!!! IT WONT FEED ANY PAPER AT ALL AND BEST BUY WONT REPLACE IT BECAUSE I DIDNT BUY A WARRENTY... STUPID.

There was nothing I didn't like about this machine

Worked fine when I bought it less than a year ago. I have been sitting here for the past HOUR trying to print 3 pages. Won't connect to my Wifi, won't print over USB. This is an expensive and ugly paperweight.

I bought this to replace another HP all in one that stopped working due to ink cartridge failures. I had this working good for 9 months, then all of a sudden it would no longer connect via network. then the scanner stopped working altogether. and no the print function will only print after 5 mins and two error messages. unable to use print dr to repair since the CHEAP wireless card broke,

The printer has printed a total of 11 pages since purchased. 3 before it had to be replaced and 7 more and now has stopped printing again. I am now throwing it away and will never again buy a HP product. The first 3 HP printers I have owned have worked flawlessly and I still have two of them, which I will throw away for spite so as to never have to buy HP ink. For the record I dealt with support and they were very responsive by sending troubleshooting and repair steps..for another printer. You make a bad printer and you should feel bad. You make Epson look good (I know that is hurtful to say but holy moley the HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer is a piece of junk) Bad printer, very very bad. PS - HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer sucks a lot.

I picked this printer on the recommendation of the store staff. I went through the set-up process and got as far as putting in the ink cartridges. As I installed them the screen said "Genuine HP cartridges installed...". The next step was to add paper, as I did that the screen indicated the color cartridge had failed and needed to be replaced. It would not print color, but would print black only. So I exchanged it for another one. The exact same error code appeared again at the same set-up step. The color cartridge had failed. Either the cartridges are bad, or some cable is not right in this printer. I took it back and got a Brothers instead. So far it is working fine. HP quality seems to keep going down.
