Good beginning pc

I chose this computer because of the speed and power. If I were a gamer, it would be acceptable because I would be wearing headphones and listening to a loud video. As it is, I am subjected to a constant droning sound from the fans which gets on my nerves. I've tried to get used to it. Also took off the side panel because a salesman said that would make it quiet. It didn't; actually made it worse. This is going back to the store.
