Problems after 2 months

Then had a blue screen problem with the "kmode exception not handled" message, and was caught in the rebooting error loop. Spent a few hours trying to fix it and then saw Best Buy's covid-19 return policy through May 31....Yes! System wiped and returned to store, thankfully. Maybe the real problem was windows 10 & driver updates but I expected more from a new HP system. But I think there's not enough ventilation and cooling with this design.

factory defect!

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So i got this PC first but after setting up, the PC does not connect to the monitor so it was like there was something wrong with the graphics card or the HDMI out from the PC is not sending any signal to the monitor. I tried connecting my other monitor just to make sure if the PC is really defective and still the same, no connection, no signal. So i was forced to return the PC and i replaced it with another new PC, the CyberPowerPC - Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 2TB Hard Drive + 240GB SSD - White (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gaming-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-3700x-16gb-memory-amd-radeon-rx-580-2tb-hard-drive-240gb-ssd-white/6362426.p?skuId=6362426). PC may be a good computer but it just happened that i got the defective one, i guess.

It's specs are great, but it had noticeable flicker on the monitor (the old one I have does not, and the one I bought after I returned this one does not, either). Also the output was just a bit less contrasty than it should have been. I don't know if I got a dud or if they are all this way, but I returned it, and got the IBUYPOWER BB970 instead. THAT one has exceptional output (on the same monitor as I used with the Omen), so I recommend that one over this Omen. It's too bad, as I have been buying high end HP towers for my graphics work for almost 20 years (have had five of them), but this one did not meet my expectations, so I bought another brand this time, which does meet my needs better.
