The screen does not lay flat like my previous HP. It does power up automatically upon raising the screen.

A week later, I received a refund. Overall, my experience with Best Buy was very disappointing.

Big screen, lots of memory, big drive, great visuals that aren’t over-bearing. Loaded with intelligence, lightning fast, intuitive, outstanding & easy security and back-up capabilities. Really outstanding!!!

HP laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great. Only took a minute to set up. Replace a HP windows 10 , I have had for 10 or more years . Just can't do updates anymore on it. And every now and then will just shut down on its own so and it's not because it's doing a restart for a download it just turns off but I still use it to play Solitaire on.
