I LIKE MY HP 17" LAPTOP, AS IT IS RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO OPERATE, PLUS I REALLY LIKE WINDOWS 10! MY HP IS QUICK STARTING UP AND I'M SURE USES LESS ENERGY THAN MY PREVIOUS 3 YEAR OLD LAPTOP. I DON'T REGRET MAKING MY DECISION TO OWN ANOTHER HP LAPTOP, AND THIS MODEL IS A BETTER VALUE THAN THE OTHER COMPETITION. BEST BUY HAS DONE A GREAT JOB IN ORDERING THIS LAPTON EXPEDITIOUSLY!

I needed another laptop because my other one was on the decline. I didn't want to spend too much and as I was looking at the various laptops in the store I came upon this one. It had everything I was looking for and wasn't too expensive. So I purchased it and took it home and got it set up and everything was good at first. At this point I've only had the laptop for a month and it's starting to behave erratically. I keep getting various messages and it freezes up a lot. I've been trying to move files to a usb drive but every time I try it freezes up. I have to wait until I'm off again to get in contact with HP and see what they can do about it. There's also an update that says it's downloading but it never does. It was stuck at 0% all day and this was after I had just downloaded some other updates. My last laptop was an HP and I never really had too many problems with it. The usb ports on that one hardly work but that was the only problem I think I've really had with that one. After this purchase I think I am done with HP products. I'm dreading contacting their support because I feel like I am going to be on the phone with them all day. Or it will be someone that I can barely understand.

This was recommended to me based on the things I needed it for by the salesperson in the store in Hutchinson, MN. I am very pleased with it. I still have some things to figure out as I am used to Windows 7 and this is a Windows 10, but it has been fairly easy to get the help I need. I am very happy with the laptop and it is doing everything promised.

I got this one at $350, it is a wonderful deal for my kids.

great laptop so far. Very nice screen. Only minor (but nerve racking) problem was the HP assistant software. It performed an automatic update and deleted the wifi card driver. With no wifi had no way to upload driver so had Best Buy Geek Squad upload driver and uninstall HP Assistant. Would recommend anyone buying an HP to do the same.

Best bang for the money. Love the larger size screen too.

My last laptop died a quick and ugly death and had to be replaced quickly as I'm in school. This HP laptop has been great! Fast response time, tons of space to save my work and install all the programs I need. So far, the battery time has been good, but I've only had to use it on battery once. For the normal user, it's a great choice!

Big screen it's like having a television in your lap.

Purchased the HP Pavalion a few months back after much research. Best Buy had a great price, backed-up my files and put them on the new unit. Geek squad was thorough and quick.

The laptop was easy to setup and had all the features I was looking for such as screen size, speed and memory that helps surport my type of work.

LOVE this laptop Very easy to use, I love that it doesn't get overheated like my old one used to do.

Not very mobile given its size but that is offset by the size of the display screen. No need for an external monitor and the i5 makes it speedy enough for the price paid.

Nice Computer. I love the clarity of the screen. I'm not loving Windows 10, but I'm getting used to it.

Nothing to reproach to this laptop except the keyboard what is slightly "cheap". I am not sure how it will go through time. This being said, i have this HP Pavilion at home and a HP EliteBook at work. Great products. When regarding to buy a computer, please consider HP products :)
