THE COMPUTER IS WORKING FINE EXCEPT FOR THE MOUSE. I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW MOUSE BECAUSE WHEN I WOULD USE THE MOUSE THAT CAME WITH MY NEW $1400.00 HP ALL IN ONE. THE ARROW WOULD SHOOT ACROSS THE SCREEN . I RETURNED THE PREVIOUS ALL IN ONE FOR THAT SAME REASON.

Am still learning how to use it, but like it so far. Enjoyed working with employees answering my questions. My biggest struggle is learning the upgraded software, and how/where to save edited files within MS 365 but I am getting better with it as each day goes by.

I have been using for about 3 weeks and so far so good. The only issues yhe camera is so high that I have to raise up from my chair for the camera to recognize me. Aside from that, quick boot up and run smooth.

I absolutely love my new computer!! The All-In-One does NOT DISAPPOINT!! If you are on the fence, get off and get this computer it is well worth every penny!! I can charge my phone while working too!! Awesome feature!

This was perfect for the online classes I was taking. The video is very clear and the speed was great. I am also to play a few low graphic games on it and with just a bit of screen lag I was even able to play Skyrim. I wish it had more than one USB port. But I was able to bypass with a usb split.

The purchase process and install went great. The staff was terrific to work with and set me on the right path. And the equipment is super-fast and working well.

i love this computer but had to buy CD/DVD player since none on the computer

This is an amazing machine and I love it. I don't know about the included keyboard and mouse as I purchased other ones that were a bonus buy option with the computer. I am well satisfied so far with this purchase.

I Have a few problems but none are the computer's fault. First and most annoying is Window 11. It will have to be replaced. I cannot interface with office or hospital. But computer is great.

A great machine all around. Fabulous crisp display, beautifully designed exterior, great sound. One small criticism: the keyboard is challenging for folks with large hands and fingers.

Very nice computer with an amazing screen. I do miss having an SD slot on the side or front of the device (this one is on the back) and my old All-in-One HP had more USB ports. Love the built in HD and the fact it takes up very little space.

Great computer. Still setting it up. The volume and design is excellent. Computers are my weakness. Have always bought HP. It would have been nice if the keyboard that came with it was lighted.

I bought this computer for my wife to replace her 7 year old Dell. We've had it for a while and it hasn't disappointed us as it does everything we need it to do.

Everything was easy to setup. All worked as it should so far. The only small issue I have is the power button. the power button is difficult to push. I have to use a fingernail to push on it to get the computer to turn on. Even when you do push on it moves very little, you don't even feel it move.

Great screen, easy setup and cabling. Only downside I have is that the webcam has to be manually pulled up out of the top of the monitor instead of having a spring loaded lift. Small inconvenience but a nicety to have had on other monitors.

Bought this to replace an older laptop with a hard drive that went bad. Working well so far. Does not make noise while running, which is nice. Easy to use and has a great 27" screen.

It is very fast and terrific. If I have one complaint it is that the keyboard is to small you tend to bounce off keys and switch between Capital letters and lower case ones.

So far, it has been great!.. after, I removed all the "bloatware" that is.... also it comes with windows 11, which it greatly improved the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) now I have linux (ubuntu) applications running with no need for dual booting. --nice. Now the sad part for this windows 11, it appears to be a memory leak on the window desktop manager or the windows explorer, memory usage grows from 25% to 45% in a few days.. So hopefully Microsoft will fix that problem in future updates. Other than that I would say it is a good desktop

Would have given 5 stars, but my first purchased pc had to be returned because it was corrupted and when reordered it took long before I got my other one in. Second one was perfect

Way easy to set up! Starts in a flash all the tome. No lags. Does everything we want! Bought one for my wife in December, buying one for me now as I can't get her off of it!
