The 27" monitor is brilliant and Windows 11 is a significant step over 10. I'm not a heavy user but it's doing all ask it to in a highly acceptable manner. I can definitely recommend this. Thank you.

Open box computer missing mouse

I picked up the computer at the Crabtree store and when I returned home it was missing the mouse. I called customer support and I was told if I did not return the computer that they would send me a $30 gift card. The original case number is 306654905 and the new case number is 308448427 but I have still not received the gift card. Read the fine print before buying an open box item.

Excellent System

She loves it and as I was setting it up, I became quite attached so I picked up another one. Excellent machines. Came with Windows 11 Home which I really like. I have since upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. I like that even more.
