Excellent computer help me out alot...easy to work

Love this computer. I usually run multiple platforms while in video conference and it never slows down.

We were generally happy without purchase and transfer of data from our old computer. Our only disappointment was that tha agent who sold us the computer indicated it would take hours for the data transfer but it took days. No matter it was effective and we are happy.

Bought for my sister and she couldn't be happier. Beautiful screen with great color and contrast. Fast processor and disk speed. The included wireless keyboard and mouse mean that no USB port is taken up by a dongle. Sweet!

Overall this was a good purchase. It was an open box sale and it was missing the wireless keyboard dongle. But not worth the drive to exchange. Plus this was the last open box one. But it works fine and I was happy with the purchase.

This new computer is a dream--has extras like a great camera and phone charging on the base. I chose it over a Dell because of the bad camera review for the Dell and the overall style as well as it has everything I need for serious genealogy work!

The young man who helped me was super, it was an open box purchase. I don't have paperwork on it, but love the computer. So far it's working great. I had my old one in for repair, but couldn't get it fixed it was too far gone. 2 things wrong. It was suppose to be a 2TB hard drive, it's 1, was suppose to come with 2 years Geek Squad, now they tell me it's none!

Our Gek Squad agent was wonderful! He came to the house installed our pc. Set all our passwords and transferred all our documents.I would highly recommend Dean as a knowledgeable, professional and customer focused representative of Geek Squad!

As a full-time artist and photographer, the 27 inch monitor is perfect for editing details in my images. The compact, alphanumeric keyboard is the easiest I have used since 1995. I rate this computer A++

probably will rate as excellent when I get used to windows 11.

Excellent product....great graphics and security! Powerful enough for a Cyber Bootcamp at a university. Everything you need and more. Great gaming capability as well.

This is a great computer and gives the consumer great quality for a very fair price. I’m normally an Apple computer guy, but I really enjoy using this HP Pavillion.

Outstanding all in one desktop. Wireless board is very good. Speakers also outstanding. Unit is a very nice in home office size and matches well with a second stand along monitor if needed.

Having bluetooth connectivity problems and dealing with HP for approx a year. I have nine case numbers with HP for this, sent to HP Service center for repairs, replaced Windows OS multiple times. Tech support has had remote control of my computer multiple times. They failed to repair within the warranty period and made me purchase an extended warranty in order to continue working on the original problem that occurred just a couple months after purchase. Still not fixed.... Purchase April 2022, now August 2023. Enough is enough...Runs slower than expected.
