A great and readily available all in one system. Works right out of the after updates. Purchased to replace a business computer. From discovery to working replacement in 4 hours.

This is the worst computer I've ever bought from Best Buy. It constantly loses internet connection - It sometimes freezes with a loud buzzing sound while watching a video - Other times it just freezes silently. It freezes on re-booting - Slow webpages - This thing is a mess!

I was looking for an upgrade to my old PC and I'm very satisfied with my choice. Only minor disappointment id the quality of the videocam.

Excellent computer and Geek Squad is the best. Had me set up in no time with all my info transferred from my old computer. I'm 72 and could never have done it on my own.

This desktop computer is plug and play after you set up a few things. I like that it has a option to make a password that is basically a pin number we use so many passwords for every little thing its nice to only have to remember 4 numbers evey once in a while.

I did not know that the computer does not have a place to put disc for external items like printers etc. The phone charger does not work so don't waste your time to purchase for this feature.

Am so upset, bought this unit on the 5th of July Of 2022 I actually set it up in mid August of 2022. Today is January 7th and the computer does not open windows. When I tried to power it on a dim light comes on and powers off 20 seconds later. I did not take out a protection plan at the time of purchase, cause it’s supposed to be NEW. So Best Buy will not touch it. Now I have to ship it back the Hp headquarters for REPAIRS. Please note it’s gentle use. Not for business for personal use so I hardly use. BE CAREFUL IF BUYING. LEMON . Really Really Dissatisfied

Replacement for previous model with the 512GB SSD. Even though that one lasted just under a year, this is still the best configuration for the money.

Office environment, great computers. We replace hardware every 3 years, these computers have all lasted.

Not the best person that understand technology. The guy helpimg me was amazing on explaining things. I love product and the features it provides me.

Prefer the all in ones because they take up less spave. Also prefer HP for their customer service and bundling of services!

Computer is great. However, the one that I received had some type of issues that displayed rainbow lines on the right side and bottom of it.

First of all, previous versions of WINDOWS provided free word documents. This machine charges for every program available. The programs we had to purchase do not work as hoped for and expected. Instructions for setting font color do not work. It is stuck on 'automatic' one color only. If you use high contrast, you only get white. If you use regular non-high contrast, the automatic is stuck on black font color. If you highlight something to copy or cut text, it does not allow that option. It is ghosted. The formatting is messed up. The help and support are useless, and costs money to get support. I would downgrade to WINDOWS 10 if possible.

I love my computer especially the charger at the base of the monitor.

One of the MOST frustrating devices I've ever bought. The wifi drops or goes off permanently for no reason at random and crucial moments of work. You try to restart the machine and it just hangs forever. I have a 4-year-old HP laptop with less power and lower-level specs, that is less frustrating. These are not the kinds of problems a device at this price should be giving.

Poor quality control, received two and both were not working properly. Returned and upgraded.
