    One of the MOST frustrating devices I've ever bought. The wifi drops or goes off permanently for no reason at random and crucial moments of work. You try to restart the machine and it just hangs forever. I have a 4-year-old HP laptop with less power and lower-level specs, that is less frustrating. These are not the kinds of problems a device at this price should be giving.

    Poor quality control, received two and both were not working properly. Returned and upgraded.

    So far i like the product, the only downside i have noticed is that the screen won’t turn on after a prolonged time of inactivity. I have to turn it off via one of my monitors then turn it back on.

    Once I found out how to turn it on,,,it was great. No installation instructions. Had to return it to the store for instructions. Geek Squad was great.
