Horrible product. Horrible display. The entire left side of my screen went black after 6 months of owning the product. Do not recommend.

I only give it one star because I have to give it SOMETHING. I bought one on October 30, 2021. It lasted for all of two weeks before the screen went black and message popped up telling me that I had a bad video connection and to check my HDMI cable. Which would have been fine, I guess if it HAD an HDMI cable. So I figured I had a bad unit and returned it, then got another one just like it. It had the same problem the next day, so I returned THAT one. Bough an HP Envy thinking that maybe it's a bug in the Pavilion model. The Envy didn't even turn on. It powered up, sure, but 30 seconds later it shut off, claiming that the video was not getting a signal. When it comes to HP, run fast, run far, in the opposite direction. Quite frankly, I wouldn't even strip one of these for parts. It's just that useless. Best Buy, you need to stop selling this crap.

Nice and quiet, without separate tower. I do wish the SSD was larger or expandable.

Good as a TV.have not used as a gaming system yet.

2 weeks after buying it, i had a random line appear on my screen. now, 2 months in, another one appeared right next to it. the computed is very well taken care of, so im not sure why this came up unless it was dropped previously or something.

Haven’t used enough to give a 5 star rating. Love the clarity of the monitor.

Great product out the gate for the most part just getting use to Windows 11.

The unit did not have a power cord/source. The sales rep attempted to locate the cord with no success. I was directed to an online site to purchase a replacement, which was not compatible. To date, I have not been able to use the computer.

Pretty nice ! Would have given it 5 but it keeps freezing up.

Great quality and a fair price, I am satisfied with my purchase.

The computer screen sits up too high and there is no way to adjust. The screen is very bright and bothers my eyes, even after adjusting. The great features are the sound quality, fast connectivity to the internet, and the phone charging capability.

Cannot get the wireless keyboard and mouse to sync with computer.

I took the pc out of the box and it won't start. I get an error message. No help from Best Buy and now I have to find an HP service center to get it repaired.

I am very unhappy with this computer. Pay close attention. There is not a cd drive. Constant problems with wifi adapter.

Only downside for me is that i just happen to get the defective product. Power did not turn on. It had decent specs for a work from home desktop.

There was a lot of confusion about the delivery of this product and it finally came after we had departed the delivery address three week after the expected delivery date.

I like the all in one. But the salesman told me it would be more than enough memory…..the memory is to small. Already full. So this point I am not happy with my purchase.
